Year 2 have made a great start to Forest School this half term.  On Friday they begun by using their plan identification skills working in teams to match and identify dandelions, pea plants and grass to their features.  Then they went on to explore the woods and all the signs of Spring they could find.  They completed trails, looked for insects, used natural materials to print on paper with paint and enjoyed some very purposeful imaginative play.  Back in the classroom we used what we had learnt to become a human dandelion, showing amazing teamwork skills and scientific plant knowledge.
