World Book Day

Today, Year 5 celebrated reading by reading to Year 2. Some children stayed in Year 5 and some children went to the Year 2 classroom. Check out the Year 2 class page for pictures if you went there!

Experience Day

Today, we were visited by Dr Codling who has been to Antarctica twice on research trips. She had some fantastic images and knowledge. The children LOVED asking her lots of questions about her experiences.

Today, we played ‘the incubating game’. The children were practising moving an egg (ball) from person to person without dropping the egg on the ice.
